Couldn't walk past these snowdrops by the River Kennett without trying to capture them (unsuccessfully, never mind - its in the mind's eye).
In January I posted a few pictures of sarsen stones around Coate Water and in Queens Park that had been imported from the downs. Here is another moss covered stone in its natural environment near East Kennett Village.
The River Kennett from the little bridge going towards West Kennett Long Barrow - the river is flowing fast and some of the low lying fields around Silbury are flooded.
